Serklander writings indicate that the Vikings would go to any length to get beads, whether it was by plunder or trade. Not only were they a symbol of status but also a form of wealth. They were worn by both men and women and came in all shapes, materials and sizes. Our beads are carefully researched and we attempt to replicate what would have circulated in the Norse culture. |
